March of the Planeswalkers © – Summer Slam 2010

IMAGINE! Games & Cards is proud to present our latest event in the March of the Planeswalkers © series! This time around, we will have THREE FULL DAYS of Magic awesomeness, and it all goes down on-site at Troll Con 2010 (July 23-25) in Little Rock, AR! One lucky player this weekend will walk away with their CHOICE of either a complete set of all six Zendikar-block Planeswalker cards (Nissa Revane, Sorin Markov, Jace the Mindsculptor, Gideon Jura, Sarkhan the Mad, and Chandra Ablaze) AND a booster box of Magic 2011 , OR a played condition Unlimited TimeTwister AND a box of Magic 2011! Either prize package is worth approximately $300, and that's just for the Saturday event! Participants will play in three events over the course of the weekend, including two Sealed events AND the constructed event for the massive prize package, and all costs are covered by the weekend Planeswalker pass. Friday, July 23 – Super FNM – SEALED
All participants will receive 6 (Six) sealed boosters of Magic 2011 Core Set. Players will use these provided cards ONLY to construct a 40 card deck. Event will be run in swiss rounds, cut to top 4, single elimination at top 4. Prizes based on participation, app. 2 boosters in prize pool per person. Expected attendance is 32 players, split into two events (16 players each), and top 4 in each event will receive prizing at that level. Prizes include FNM promo cards, boosters, and special convention exclusive surprise items! Event starts promptly at 6:30 PM, in the Thomas room.


Saturday, July 24 – March of the Planeswalkers – Summer, 2010
Event will be Block Constructed (Zendikar, Worldwake,and RotE). Event will be swiss rounds with cut to top 8, single elimination at top 8. All players will participate in this event simultaneously (one event, with combined prize pool). Expected attendance is 32 players. Prizing to top 12 players. First place will receive choice of a full set of 6 (six) Zendikar block Planeswalker cards (Nissa Revane, Sorin Markov, Jace the Mindsculptor, Gideon Jura, Sarkhan the Mad, and Chandra Ablaze) AND a booster box of Magic 2011 , OR a played condition Unlimited TimeTwister AND a box of Magic 2011! First place will also have their name immortalized on the IMAGINE! MotPW trophy. Second place will receive Phyrexia Vs. the Coalition Duel Deck, Sliver Premium deck, Archenemy set, and other prizes. Top 12 will all receive prizing of some sort. Event starts promptly at NOON on Saturday!


Sunday, July 25 – Two Headed Giant SEALED!
Event will be SEALED, 2HG, swiss-style pairings, with cut to to top 8 (top four teams). Each two-player team will receive a Limited Edition Deck-Builder's Toolkit and two packs of Magic 2011 to construct two 40-card decks with. Matches will be best one of one, as per standard DCI 2HG ruleset. Expected participation is app 32 players, 16 teams of two. Prizing will be DCI foils, boosters of M11 per attendance, and special surprise items! Event starts promptly at 12:30 PM.





Advance pass for the weekend is $80, which includes three day admission to Troll Con, Arkansas' favorite gaming and fantasy convention! This advance sale price INCLUDES a three day pass to Troll Con! A combined value of over $100, for three days of exclusive gaming and a prize pool valued at over $1,000!

Pre-Registration is required, as these events will all have player caps due to reserved space restrictions. Pre-Registered players will also be entered into on-site door prize drawings for custom playmats and other awesome prizes. Register early in-store and reserve your spot!
